Orfeo

Formed in April 2004, the band from Liege (Belgium) has been performed more than 90 times since September 2004 (Walloon celebrations, Soundstation, Bucolique Ferrières Festival, Francofolies de Spa, Enfanfare, Eupen Muzik Marathon, Fiesta City, Bel’zik Festival, concerts in Nîmes and in Arles, etc…).

Winner of the Bands 48 FM ‘ contest in 2005 and second at the Franc’off 2006 ‘ contest, Orfeo recorded its first “4 titles” at GAM studios in Waimes in July 2005. The first album will come out in September 2007.

Orfeo “patchanka”

United as the seven fingers of the hand, the guys of Orfeo won’t stop until the universe will have been cured by their anti-depressive ska-reggae-swing-pop-rock.

On the stage, four brass (trumpet-trombone-sax alto-sax baritone) burst in as One man by the side of an incisive power trio without any fuss.

Orfeo has nothing to hide that’s why it sings in French its anti-class hymns.
