Fastonic

After a few years of songwriting, rehearsing, loosing lots of bandmates and.... loosing time, FASTONIC really apparead during summer of 2004, somewhere in Belgium.
Jean-Phi, bassist and writer of the first songs, called four mates (one of these "non fab four" is a singer) to join. And they started to rehearse for the shows at "Francofolies de Spa".

Between melodies, intensity, emotion and energy, FASTONIC's music is a good surprise for the first audiences. Moreover, with Geo, FASTONIC discovered a great songwriter.

Their music is hard to define. So « pop / rock » suits. The musical preferences of the members are more references than influences. To give an idea, FASTONIC sometimes cover Pixies, Joy Division, dEUS, Placebo or The Killers during liveshows.

After a wonderful year 2005 with funny shows like "Nandrin Rock" festival, FASTONIC played a lot of gigs, shared stage with bands like Superlux, Piano Club, Malibu Stacy, Superbus, Mass Hysteria, Jeronimo, …..

FASTONIC also recorded two demos and was the 15th winner of the 3rd season of PureDemo with Too Far From Stars.
