He likes Gospel which reminds him his childhood and which is the ambassador of the Acid-jazz birth. "Maverick Mouth" is the Kingfisherg's second album after the acclaimed "The Heartspray" (in 2005) wich allowed him to do support acts for TTC and also The Berg Sans Nipple. François Boulanger -the man beside Kingfisherg- is obviously so mature today and so confortable within songs constructions. His abstract hip-hop is charming thanks rythm subtilities and warm electronic sounds. It sounds perfect for Subtle or Jel (and co) lovers !
Under a 'guitars, bass, drums, violin and cello' format since the end of 2002, SWEEK play instrumental explosive and intense music constantly swinging between melancholy, rage and psychedelism, mixing up those feelings with an outstanding onstage presence. Since their debut album release 'the shooting star’s sigh...' in 2004, SWEEK have been playing throughout belgium, but also in france and deutschland, each time followed by a growing reputation. Driving the audience into different emotional spheres, SWEEK offer a passionate trip from sorrow to bliss, from insanity to hope. In autumn 2005, here comes a second album, 'the unbelievable cinematic crash'. The philosophy stays the same and for the first time, some brilliant guests appear: han stubbe from d.a.a.u. at clarinet but also an harp, a trompet, a trombon and an acordeon.

Deux ans après leur premier album éponyme, les belgo-français sont de retour avec le cinq titres "no explicit lyrics". Pas de lyrics du tout même car PILLOW reste dans sa veine rock intrumental. Mais un peu de neuf avec les claviers analogiques qui occupent plus de place que sur le premier album. La basse aussi, plus marquée, elle insuffle un certain groove et soutient mieux les lignes mélodiques. PILLOW prend de la bouteille et la cinquantaine de concerts donnés depuis 2005 (dont de nombreuses premières parties de concerts pour de The Isles, Editors, Styrofoam, Giardini Di Miro, Forward Russia, etc) ont mis le groupe dans une confiance marquée tout au long de ces cinq plages bien senties.
Avec "The Girl Of My Dreams", premier album chez Carte Postale Records, et clin d'œil direct à son tout premier opus "The Boy Of Your Dreams", le bruxellois HANK HARRY retourne à la naïveté des débuts et à une inventivité roublarde et entêtante qui fera la joie des amateurs de mélodies en trompe l'œil et de chansons à double fond. Sur ce nouvel album, HANK HARRY va à l'essentiel, à l'os. Il chantonne, chuchote, fredonne et sifflote en s'échappant à grandes enjambées du "crooner déjanté" dans le corps duquel il a bien failli se laisser enfermer.
