 .fen was born in Frameries, small city in South of Belgium. From the age of 5 years already, he shows great interest for musicAt the age of 25, he learns playing piano at the Music Academy , while in the meantime, he continued playing guitar with friends. He also follows singing courses at the Music Academy where he lears controlling and managing his voice on the most famous opera arias. In 1993, he creates the band “Arias” with pop-world influences. Until the 1995, Arias is not more than a hobby, but in 1996 ARIAS participates in the national belgian tv show « Pour la Gloire », one of the biggest music conquests of the Belgian public channels. They reach the final among more than 600 candidates. Thanks to Arias, .fen discovered his talent for composing and writing, in different languages such as French, Spanish. He even got the opportunity to perform on of the greatest stages in Belgium, the Francofolies Festival in Spa in front of more than 2000 people. Up then, .fen learns to perform on stage like a professional, to manage his voice and a public for more than 2 hours without loosing a cent of energy !
Since then, he did the most prestigious Belgian festival stages as , Cap Sud, Mano Mundo, Couleur Café, a lot of Cultural centres, even in the MCM Café in Paris. Arias will release several albums, getting very positive critics, paper releases. |
