 Après avoir enregistré une première démo en 2003, Nëhal (abeilles en arabe) livrera de nombreux concerts, de Paris, en passant par le festival de Dour, jusqu’au Luxembourg. Originaire de La Louvière, le groupe décidera néanmoins de faire un break début 2006 afin de se consacrer pleinement à la sortie ce premier album éponyme mixé par Alan Ward.

Songwriter Nëhãl recorded its first 3-song demo in September 2003. Everything went well as numbered shows followed and by no means the least : “L’entrepôt” in Arlon, the “Hard Rock Café” in Paris, the “Dour festival”, the “Manufactur Rock”,...
Best of luck, Nëhãl also had the opportunity to open as a support-act for Bumblefoot (the crazy current guitarist of Guns ‘n Roses) at “L’Athanor” in Brussels ! All those shows have ended to entitle Nëhãl as a kick-ass live performer but something’s still missing to get to the next level : the album. Thus, in February 2006 he decided to take a break and devoted his time to record a CD for which he wrote at first more than a hundred songs.
The recording started in september 2006 at Studio S and ended up by december 2006. The songs were not chosen for their potential commercial aspect but more according to what they mean to their composer. Instead of just making some random good impression, Nëhãl wants to create a « real » impression. Finally, eleven tracks are featured on the CD and grant him a distribution contract with Hysterias. The album came out in spring 2007 as Nëhãl and his band are hitting the stages to play it loud! Show must go on ...
